At Singular Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@singulamarket.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be in their original condition, unused and in original packaging
• Assembly instructions and all accessories must be included
• Items that have been assembled or modified cannot be returned unless defective

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover all return shipping costs.
